* Expert in supply chain, Retail Link and Inform to support the BIC business within WaMart's CPFR program.
* Interpret high volumes of complex data and make buying recommendations to the WalMart team
* Analyze impact of policies for desired effect.
* Review Key Performance Indicator trends & develop plans for improvement.
* Lead Customer Service, Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Transportation, and the customer to develop and improve POS forecasts to ensure excellent Supplier Performance Scorecard metrics (case fill rate, ontime delivery, etc.)
* Act as the onsite expert in the BIC and WalMart supply chain relationship and process and share that expertise to develop innovative solutions to causal drivers that impact forecast accuracy and retail instock.
*Coordinate with all the areas involved to assure a maintained fillrate according to Walmart expectations.
*Work in replenishment strategies that generate sell out growth and the correct DOH at stores in order to contribute for achieving sell in commercial business plan.
*Have the correct instock at stores and continuously working in opportunities though combinations.

Work with trade marketing to correct all the Perpetual inventory opportunities at stores.

The CPFR Analyst is the direct communication link between BIC Supply Chain, Sales and WalMart Replenishment. The position manages the strategic supply planning process for a category of items and ensures WalMart's instock, fillrate and DOH expectations are consistently achieved. It also supports the preparation, communication, and flow of inventory for WalMart's COMAC (promotional) events. Also contributes to the achieving of the commercial sell in business plan, by working in replenishment strategies that generate sell out growth and the correct DOH at stores.
